I live in a Brooklyn neighborhood that has a great selection of Chinese and Italian restaurants, however, I miss the variety of eating foods beyond these two types of cuisines. So, today, I decided to make Indian--specifically, Saag Paneer. Indian cuisine boasts some of the best vegetarian dishes in the world--hearty with lots of flavor.
